Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of templeoflighthealingca.com and the services offered by Temple of Light, including bookings, e-Transfer payments, the Living Library, email communications, and preparation meditations. By using the site or booking a service, you agree to these terms.

Booking Process

Booking a session is a request, not a confirmed appointment. Session dates, times, and prices are shown at the time of booking. A session is confirmed only after your e-Transfer payment is verified. You will receive a confirmation email once your booking is confirmed.

Payments

Payments are made by Interac e-Transfer to the email address shown at checkout. Please use your booking reference as the payment note so we can match your payment to your booking.

E-Transfer Verification

Uploading a proof-of-payment screenshot moves your booking to "Under Review" but does not confirm it. A booking is confirmed only after we verify the transfer has been received. We are not responsible for transfers sent to the wrong address or without the required reference.

Cancellations

Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are governed by our Cancellation Policy, available at /cancel. Please review it before booking. Deposits and fees may be non-refundable as described in that policy.

Living Library Usage

Purchasing a library resource grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to access and use that resource for your own wellbeing. You may not resell, redistribute, broadcast, or share access links. Access is delivered through a secure, private link tied to your email or account and may be revoked if these terms are breached.

Website Usage

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems. Content is provided for informational and spiritual purposes and must not be relied upon as professional advice.

Email Communications

By booking or subscribing you consent to receive transactional emails (confirmations, payment instructions, reminders, preparation meditations). Marketing emails require separate consent and can be unsubscribed at any time.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, meditations, teachings, and resources are owned by Temple of Light or its licensors and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute them without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Temple of Light provides spiritual and wellbeing services on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or services. Our services are not medical care (see our Disclaimer).

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
